Every Sunday morning Robin Kay brings Portsmouth's history alive for us, with the help of guests and interviewees, who delve into their personal memories and family mementoes to take us all back in time.

In these pages we try to keep everyone Blogged On to Express FM's local history programme, and add a few visual bonuses that somehow don't quite work on radio!

So bookmark this page - and make a note in your diary for 9am every Sunday morning, although you can also LISTEN AGAIN for seven days, 24 hours after each programme is first broadcast (see left).
