Love the site Bob!
Erika

Many thanks for a really good looking site.
Lesley Farrington

Excellent stuff so far - keep up the good work folks.
Tom

What a task you taken on - good luck with it. I'll be popping back now and then.
Steve Collins

A very nice site, with plenty of interest. I've been back three or four times already and it's nice to see so much new stuff being added every few days. Well done to all of you.
Pauline Gracewell

Like it. Great stuff.
Markie Mark

The one thing that really worries me about this site is that I can remember a lot of the places shown in the old photos, exactly the way they look in them. Guess I'm getting old. It's a great site, though and I hope you can keep it going.
Norman Parkhouse

Your web site is amazing!

I was born in Portsmouth, but moved to Canada in 1991, after getting married. I used to teach history, but then became a full-time mum, though I'm thinking of going back to work in the near future. You wouldn't like to make a website like this, but all on the history of Montreal, I suppose?
All the very best,
Debbie McLeod (née Fuller)

Debbie, I'd love to help you out, but we've got our hands full here, I reckon. Keep calling back and thanks for the interest.
Cheers,

...........

I'm enjoying site so far. I hope it continues to develop. Have you thought about creating a forum, so that we can chat about the old days?
Amy Riley

A Fantastic site! Keep it up.
Millie

It's good to see a site like this. I grew up in Copnor but moved to Australia back in the 80s, so it's great to see pictures of my old stamping ground!
Higgie

Great site. I have plenty of old pictures and info on the area. Would any of it be of use to you?
Stephen Cartwright

Thanks.
Stew

This is a great idea. Do you have any information about the construction of the Tricorn?
G. Taggard

I've got a few bits and pieces about the Tricorn, but I'll need to do some more research, especially for photographs. At one time, I ran a book stall in Charlotte's Superstore and we opened the second InterCash branch on the ground floor of Charlotte's (the former Fine Fare supermarket, you may remember) in June 1993. I'll be including a feature on the Tricorn, as soon as I can get around to it. Many thanks for your interest.

Excellent content. Having all or as much as possible of information abut local history, etc on one web site is I think what every town should strive to achieve.
Michael Lever

Great site, keep it up when you can that is !+1 for the forum, great idea, unlikely to get attacked like newsgroups hopefully.
Graham

This is really interesting, have thoroughly  enjoyed it so far, keep up the good work.
