18.08.09 - At the site of the M275 "Ghost Junction" at Tipner again - and an unusually close-up view of the motorway,looking towards Portsdown Hill, thanks to a set of galvanised steel stairs, that lead up to the very edge of what is usually a very busy and very fast stretch of one of the three roads onto Portsea Island. It's surprisingly scarey, being that close to the traffic!
